He's still absolutely broken being a crazy 5 card draw, but he would feel infinitely more fair and would unquestionably still see play, while also adding a skill element both ways of being mindful of your hand size and your opponents. I actually personally like the design way more. So he becomes a 6 mana 8/8 that draws you 5 cards or you can corrupt him and he draws your opponent 5 cards, which could mill them.
I did some thinking and I actually think Tickatus might be largely fixed if, instead of 'Remove 5 cards' he was changed to 'Draw 5 cards'.
